The Presidency Office, in addition to the duties entrusted to it by the President, is responsible for the follow-up, coordination and smooth functioning of all administrative and academic matters related to the Office of the President in accordance with existing university laws, rules and regulations. The Office consists of the following sections:
The Secretariat, which arranges the President's appointments, activities, communications and travel.
The Administrative Section, which handles all the correspondence between the President's office and the various university faculties and departments as well as local, national, and international entities.
Classic BooksThe Foreign Cultural Relations Section, which is responsible for the drafting, follow-up, and implementation of agreements and programs between the university and national and international academic institutions.
The Mail Section, which processes and delivers mail between the various academic and administrative units within the university campus and is also responsible for delivery of daily mail to local and national institutions.
